Question! As far as I understand, Leo is stronger not because of his skills, but because of his talent(needing less xp for level up) and ability to allocate points. When people with more powerful quirks (like space) get v2 of the system, won't they be equally/more powerful in terms of growth? So, is his cheat his headstart? Also, if v2 arrives for everyone, won't it tip the balance of the scale too much towards humans?
