Overlord is coming soon and i wanted to comment on a couple of things that i would do. Taking into account that the shop sell almost anything and supporting characters never spend any points. 1. Satarou is a nice guy, having to spend the rest of his immortal life surrounded by evil people would be a nightmare, he watched the anime and can't delude himself. He can't subject himself to eternal torture to keep the memory of his friends alive, plus he has new friends. And most of the tragedy from Overlord come from the plans being evil first and clever second. it works well in a dark comedy setting, but you don't wanna live there. I'm not proposing to make them good, just bring the slider from evil to neutral. Where they can still do bad things for a better future and not just for the sake of being sadistic. And also do good. To build a kingdom you need all people to be prosperous, not that mess they left on Roble. 2. Remove the level cap, or at least the inability to learn new skills from the new world. If he can get these two, make as much low lvl npcs as he can with backstories as ; merchants, beourochrats, administrators , nobles, entertainers, teachers, commanders for the undead legions all of them 100% loyal maybe a couple more hyperintelligent strategists to have more opinions. With that he just needs to level them up and has a perfect backbone for his kingdom. 3. A dungeon to get stronger and make his people stronger. Maybe one in which you can invest points with time to make it better
