please let this story don't turn out to be one of a novel i read way back.that was the female lead met with an accident and went years back of her life.she corrected all her stupidity and later got her man.after they married and were living happily all of a sudden she woke up to her present self like when she met with an accident.apparently the whole sweat moments were just her dreaming while she was in a coma.she woke up from cima eventually from her dream too.it was beyond devastating for me.hours of reading and fantasizing leads to what the whole plot was just a dream.they did get back together in the story only when they were both old and i think male lead got kids too.i haven't read after the dream thing.i just searched for spoilers of the story and gt to know this details .i really hope this won't be like that
