This just my opinion but I was thinking one Red and Black Light Sabers. While the clone army could be a mix of male & Female space Marines with exoskeletons suits

you gave him gold like the sun now give him white or silver like the moon balance and all that as for his clones specters is good cause in mass effect there are good and bad ones they get the job done how they see fit and if he teuly wants balance that will be for the best

I have extreme prejudice towards any OC in ff, especially ones involved in the romance. I have no reason to judge this harshly because it's been pretty darn good and so I'm staying optimistic for the future.

Purple saber and specters

Regarding clones, an army of female or mixed clones to counterbalance the clones of the republics can be interesting. (As a person's gender is defined by genes, making this change should not be difficult; aside from avoiding thought alterations to make them more docile, an army of ARC troopers may be of interest.) The best army for my taste would be a mixed droid/human weapon with droids like Skytroopers or Sentinel droids as normal units and clones to lead them at the head of each unit.
