I doubt copyright will be an issue here. Seriously nothing in this chapter isn't something that a thousand other zombie and gaming stories don't do. In the end it will depend entirely on what you actually end up writing.
Very poor english, and the author doesn't seem to be aware of the existence of the punctuation marks, which makes reading the story that much more difficult.
