i reccomend you to change the name of the mc just please Drago sounds so bad can you just call him Toshiaki or Ryoichi or kitashi or Raion also for the zanpaktou of the mc how about giving the mc the zanpaktou spirit of Okhwang aka the jade emperor from god of highschool

Could you have him run into Unohana and she recommends him, Gin and Rangiku to the Academy plus it would be cool if he becomes a Captain before the Visored Incident and he builds his squad full of future powerhouses like Rukia, Renji, Toshiro, Momo, Izuru and others as well as recruiting characters who were minor villains like Maki Ichinose and Koga Kuchiki also it would be cool if he became Ruler of Hueco Mundo and made his own Espada

The name could have literally been Ryuji or Ryujin and it would fit better
