Well this has slowed down significantly. it's frankly annoying having so many interspersed POVs. They eat up far too much of the story, whilst providing very little substance in return. With each passing chapter the protagonist does less and less. Cooking food, walking, talking, such a fulfilling chapter. I understand that your building toward something, but it is being done excessively, another character or two, and the protagonist won't be mentioned at all. Keep it informative and succinct, remove the superfluous garbage, you're constantly reinforcing the same points, just to create a greater contrast over time, and it is sickeningly bland.

So when that Bird coming back?
