Nice, wouldn’t reaction time mean that anyone a tier below their enemy wouldnt be able to kill their enemy with the guns? The enemy would always be able to move out of the barrels way before the trigger is pulled? Whilst the gun may be capable of killing a super devil the chance of somebody weaker being capable of lining the barrel up to them in a fight would probably be non-existant. They would probably be dead before they could pull the trigger anyway. What are your thoughts on this? Am I overestimating the power difference/speed between power tiers?
