Hmm although i appreciate the author trying to a mystery here, too many plot holes, like the girl who can see Bits of the future saw nothin? The mindless shadows Saw nothin? A military base with hundred or so ascended didnt have anything to combat a high level mind attack??? finally it took Sunny more than a month to figure That it was simply a mind attack??
