Honestly author while reading this story it remind me of two other stories I used to read by the names nightmare system(which can now be read in ringdom) and the return of the woodcutter.Although they are quite different from this storywise the system of this story whereby people gain powers and equipment from dreams is similar to how people gain their own powers and equipment in the nightmare system, the same can be said for the ranking system whereby people advance in rank by awakening their dormant souls and advancing it is similar to how people rank up in the return of the woodcutter in fact it's almost the same thing. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to create a comparison or anything I'm only stating how this novel reminds me of two of my favorite novel and I'm curious if you have read any of them if not then I totally recommend you read them author who knows it might be helpful.

I know you probably won't reply but will he be just a dog to someone else? You have hinted multiple times, the direction of his character development which seems to go that way. it is such a cliché where the dark mc suddenly turns good because a girl hugs him, and suddenly all their suffering means nothing. just let me knkow if that will be the case.
