Don't worry man. I know how it is, my 1st shot fked me over unlike you. My whole right upper side hurt and it extended over two days from shoulder area to back then neck then head, you'll be fine soon

For those are patiently and hopefully waiting for the new chapter or any kind of notice I advise you guys to just continue his work. He either loss his account and was too devastated to find a way to recover it, he either just completely drop the fanfic and worst case scenario he died from an accident or complications which I wish not happen. So I advise any of you to maybe just copy the chapters of his fanfic and continue it on your own, of course you'll leave a comment here regarding of you continuing his fanfic so just in case he came back in the future.
