I had Old Sullivan take the helm here and I think it turned out great. If you think he's talking nonsense though. Old Sullivan's argument is actually my less than technical interpretation of Paramount's argument against the Yonays for the Top Gun: Maverick dispute. Ehud Yonay just wrote the magazine article that "inspired" Top Gun. Simpson and Bruckheimer may have given him Top Guns the "based on" credit but that doesn't mean that the Yonays have a stellar claim on an I.P. involving a whole military practice. They could go for the Tolkien estate or the James Bond production family type of situation but what do I know? Anyways, I don't really know much about the topic or legalities for that matter. Even this Yonays versus Paramount matter could end up differently from this trashy story of mine. Even the late Ehud Yonay may be a chill guy for all I know. It's just that he is kind of an opposing party for the sake of my fanfiction. Peace to all then.
