I am kinda confused 😕? So will he be reincarnated as a martian in the marvel verse 🤔 or will he just have the same power set as that of them but he is a human ?
He doesn’t have Fernus’ powers. He has the powers of a Burning Martian. Fernus is quite a bit above the rest of his kind, much like J’onn is above other Martians. And about goals… you can just read the story

For the bio fuse thingy, I would recommend just spawn one and then let that one reproduce, make it so they live in mars and not in earth and be their Progenitor/King/Emperor/leader and all of them are as fanatics as 40k world humans.

Burning Martians also likely possess an extended lifespan, magical potential, and were quite amoral/sociopathic compared to their descendants.
