This is what you would call... an idiot. Salamanders can regrow body parts and heal, but it is still just normal healing with the ability of REGROWTH, not accelerated healing. If he wanted an awesome "Natural" Healing factor, he should of go with Star Fish or Sea Cucumber or an Axolotl. Even then with Natural Healing and Limb/ Organ Regrowth is in the fastest span of a week or so, and that is for smaller animals. A human Limb or organ would probably take a Month, which is still fast for the amount of mass to regrow (once again, "Naturally"). Small cuts, Muscle Tears, Broken Bones, Bruises, and possibly blood lost(to a certain degree), would heal way faster, as long as the trauma incurred doesn't go past a certain point could heal quick.

I didn't really understand what happened, he used a lot of force but the body couldn't handle it? I thought that the Herculean strengthening also increased the body's own resistance, because otherwise it would be a little weird

I thought he extracted regeneration ability from the lizard or was it. enough to heal his arm or stop the bleeding.

guess he should have chosen something that heals faster. also passive skills are so much especially it has to do with strength or things of that nature instead of having to activate it all the time. if he doesn't activate something in time he is pretty much normal other than passive skills.
