I guess Yonko's like Kaido, Big Mom, Shanks only have power of super-kage level in peak state, comparable to Madara (Edo Tensei) and Hashirama. Strongest character like whitebeard, roger, garp in peak state have a same power scale of six path. I think only Isshiki in peak state can beat them.
