where is at least something connected with being a teacher or learning? where is help in discovering and finding the talents of your students? where is help in finding inspiration and motivation for students? where is the organization of unique training for students? where is the organization of joint training with other teams? where is the preparation of individual training? Where is the help in finding a unique approach to genzutsu / ninzutsu / taizutsu / other life teachings / ideals of life? He is an absolute dummy, not a teacher. Ha, he thinks it is best for them to throw out two students to work as an assistant chef? And this is in a world in which genin cannon fodder and during wars are putty for kunai? Remove the cards that he can give to others, and let him receive awards in the form of knowledge and skills only for the achievements of scholars, which he can then teach others. A cool idea of the system ... I learned something on my own, I understood and taught others, I helped, the student revealed and surpassed the transferred knowledge, I received awards in the form of skills and knowledge that surpassed his skills and so on in a circle and in any area, be it in the chakra or in cooking ... But you only have a dummy here that received a couple of cards from the system
It's okay. I think that having flaws leaves the main character with lots of room to grow. It's his first stint as a teacher so he still has lessons to learn. Maybe when he's older he'll have gained enlightenment and realize the satisfaction one can gain by changing destiny. Right now he's trying to stay alive and gain exp. I'm not sure if he's handled the existential crisis of whether it's all real, is fate inevitable and so on. He still has a long way to go. It's the hierarchy of basic needs. First get strong enough to live then start thinking about all that other stuff. Hopefully the system will guide him in the right direction. Honestly this makes me think of The Library of Heavens Path.
