OMG!!! i am also crying with meng renshu in this chapter😭.. i just dont know for sure of the reason why he cried a lot... does he love caiyi as a husband or as a friend? is he miserable bcoz of love or becoz of guilt???

I don't understand how he could just ignore his mother treating her so badly. If nothing else, she was his best friend's little sister, and his ex's twin. In the face of all she went through, his regret is moot. Given the chance of a 2nd go, he should leave her to be happy where she is, instead of fighting to "make her happy" with himself.

I hope that since he remembers, he would stop pestering her and think of Jingfei's words. He can protect her in secret (a big issue, not everything) to make up for it but also keep his distance.

My heart aches for Meng Renshu. 😭 I really pity him. I hope he gets another chance maybe in another timeline. He's my favorite character. Although I would also love to see Caiyi and Zhiqiang together, I also wish for Renshu to have another chance as well. 🙏
