i have a theory!! so i think hui shuxian is helping out liu jin bcs she's in love with him (what she sees in that man is wayyy beyond me, but anyways), and she and wu yusi made a plan to humiliate yan zheyun.hui shuxian reported their ideas as well as the discovery of wu bin's incessant pining to liu jin who already wanted to use this banquet as an opportunity to both weaken liu yao's hold on the throne and get yan zheyun in his hands.obviously, envoy zhang is being blackmailed bcs of some untoward involvement he had in the series of events that made liu yao emperor, from ziyu's death to him bring crowned. somewhere in there, envoy zhang messed up and liu jin took notice of it, and that's why envoy zhang is now using wu bin as a tool to ruin this banquet. i have no clue what they're actually planning to do, but i can tell it's gonna cause Problems. thanks for the chapter!!
