Just a suggestion but I think you should add sbs/ question corner like in the normal one piece volumes but it’s the people in the one piece world that ask questions and whatnot, I feel like it would be nice to add

In my opinion do the first 1-4 movies after Skypiea leading into the G-8 arc then the 5-7 leading into Water 7, then do the 10th movie right before Sabaody. Just skip the 8th and 9th PS. The 4th movie is my personal favorite and it would be amazing if you added some of the Supernovas

I haven't seen the one piece films with the exception of Stamped and Gold but I think there are some films that are not suitable to put as Canon, as for Shiki's film if I remember correctly Luffy uses 3 gear and Haki if you go add will have to make some changes to make it believable why Shiki was so weak. (canon says he gets weak after taking a beating and running away from impel down but still Luffy had to fight seriously to defeat him, so you'll need to explain how he lost)

In my opinion, you should change some things up with the movies so that it will make more sense with canon!!! Like Shiki, Bullet and Zephyr ones!!!

I love Strong World but after Marineford you realize that they lowered Shiki's level, for me he is someone who is weaker than a yonko but stronger than a vice-captain
