This was one of my favorite chapters and I’m glad nothing was different from the original version. We got to get Maxi’s memory of Riftan that day from his pov book. He didn’t think she watched him but ooo she was 👍💕 Next chap we get to see an even bolder mature Max 😉😘

I believe Maxi has always had crush on Riftan even before marrying him. She was to afraid to approach him due the abuse she suffered from the hands of his father.

This chapter was great but I just have to say, I really feel for Maxi. She seems to always be so nervous that Riftan is going to have an outbust and holds back her thoughts. This seems really toxic. 😕
