wow. A bit of attention from Riftan. What do you want to bet that it was a response to some kind of comment? likely from Agnes or Yuli,- possibly Aren or one of the other knights? there should be a poll. also, I think Maxi's inaction may be good for Riftan. I think while she was making an effort to reconcile he felt justified in being hurt and angry. I think her restraint feels like indifference and is making him rethink if pushing her away is really what he wants.

I bet Ulyseon told Riftan how Maxi was feeling!! There is NO WAY he didn’t tell him! either that or he is worried about Maxi being sought after by all the other knights! Lol

I love how this chapter tackles jealousy! You can not control your feelings like anger, sadness or jealousy but you have total control of you ACTIONS about then, you can lash or act out the moment you feel these unsavory feelings but ofcourse the better more mature decision is to sit and process the feeling (meditation) and let the feeling progress through and fade if there's no real basis of concern.

I've grown frustrated with the chapters despite being a big fan of the story. But whenever ruth is around the chapter becomes interesting, man i love ruth's and maxi's relationship they're like siblings <3 (ruth is literally my fav character omgg)
