I love their arguing! They are not being obstinate for the sake of it but actually communicating. It’s so good for them to go through this right now, relearn eachother as they have both changed and grown. Maxi has grown stronger and more determined and speaks her mind with confidence and doesn’t back down when Riftan confronts her, which is what he needs but doesn’t know it. Riffy is still trying to protect her but is learning how very smart and strong willed she is and not backing down from the fight. That boop on the chin was well deserved and now that reinforcements are here, Agnes will be Maxi’s champion for her to use her powers and the little bit of jealousy Maxi needs to stake her claim on Riftan which I think he needs to feel, that she still has wants him and has ownership of his heart. This is so good!! The slow burn is so much sweeter when we finally get to the good stuff!!
The more they’re going in their relation, the harder it is for them to be close again… I don’t understand how two people, who can lose their lives for each other, are unable to be less proud and more vulnerable with their feelings for each other… They need time alone… badly, maxi shouldn’t have drink that bottle of wine the other night… and riftan should’ve went to hie wife the second he got the chance 🤦🏻♀️
I already paid ticket 3times for the newest chapter. but I keep coming back on other old chapter that I already read it and still I cannot open the new latest chapter. I wasted big amount of money to this novels . I love it but it always dissatisfied and disappointed me. I knew they are doing thiere best and effort to this novel but. it to much asking money and losing my interest to read it more.
