With Riftan’s constant bipolar attitude and Maxi’s charms. These two are finally communicating. Though it was a whole book plus these chapters. It took Max falling off a cliff for some alone time with Riffy. Unfortunately, I fear Riftan is going to back to his regular coldness once they get back to the expedition. The angst continues

Riftan and Maxi getting some communication finally. Our favourite couple are too much to handle sometimes. What a crazy couple of chapters. Maxi falling down a cliff is just what needed to happen to get Riftan and Maxi alone to talk.

what is this conversation going to be like?! I hope riftan realizes that she left for him. that was truly an act of love . you know if she didn't have to she would not have left. he loves his home and knights more than he would say.
