If the book if finished, why do they wait SO LONG between chapters???

Even if you have still coins...you cannot read the next chapter unless you get a privilege what more confusing are the options...just to open the next chapter I need pay 1k plus just to get the next chapter???? y'all I'm so pressed. I purchased privilege chapters to read all the way up to Ch 276. my privilege ended and I have to purchase tier 5 privilege (1112 coins) AGAIN to read ONE new chapter?! because it resets?? what was the point of purchasing the privilege then? I feel so scammed.

I'm surprised that Riftan is not more attentive to Maxi considering how tired and sore she must be. But he obviously fears snapping more. His overprotective feelings have always been extreme so holding them back must be exhausting.

I like that Maxi and Riftan are at least speaking to each other although Riftan still takes his distance. I want to believe they'll resolve it in future chapters which btw I need to see more! These privilege prices are insane. I love this story and have been following it for years, but I’m not paying $50+ every time my privilege expires. That’s straight up absurd. An entire book at the book store (even a translated one) doesn’t cost anywhere near that much. Ridiculous.

Seriously thinking about canceling the subscription and buying the book on Kindle when it drops. Waiting a bit will probably be worth it vs tormenting myself waiting for chapters or spending a lot of money only to have to repurchase chapters again. Boycott anyone?
