I wish there was more from Riftan’s POV. Not half a chapter! I love seeing his inner turmoil and longing. I hope we get more lengthy narratives with Riftan in future chapters!

Hebaron is a TRUE wingman! Am I the only one who's reminded of Tormund from GOT when I think of Hebaron? I love it. 😂👏🏼 Riftan just give in to the urges. It's better than blue balling yourself! Plus, less urges mean more focus for the battle we all know is coming.

Riftan’s want really goes beyond sexual gratification but also mental longing too which is why their is such a significance with him reconciling with his wife cause otherwise he wouldn’t have these painful hesitations, it made this chapter sad 😢 he’s went without his other half for so long that now knowing their in close proximity it’s impossible to stay far away from her even with the rift in there relationship

It’s gray to be getting more of Riftan’s POV. Missed Remdragon knight bantering and teasing, Ruth is always targeted. Riftan is unnecessarily suffering. I feel truely bad for him and his situation. He doesn’t deserve many more pain. He’s been through enough. When Riftan restraints himself, he always loses control no matter how long he holds himself back. Only a matter of time. Maxi better watch herself. Remdragon knights working hard😉

I'm always happy when we get a glimpse of Riftans POV. I better understand his distance now. But I don't think he knows how much he's hurting her feelings. And I do wonder if he will ever let Maxi travel with them as a mage.

I'm glad that Ratain didn't give up on Maxi because their love story is one that started in their childhood unknown by Maxi. All he wants is to make happy and live the life that she was meant to live as a noble woman!
