Sooooo sweet š Riftan just barely holding in his urges because he is so mesmerized with his wife šš Maxi so innocent and sweet getting embarrassed when he sees her š She trusts him more than she thinks herself, for her to feel safe when he is there š„° Like a bunny being protected by a black panther he is like a cat to her purring in ecstasy when she pets him, but roaring at every person getting near her
Okay, baby steps, the comunication was not much but at least he was honest, and theres really not that much else to say except their meeting. Its also a big step for him cause I dont think he tells this much to anyone, not even his knights seemed to know in his pov. On the other hand, Maxi has not been very honest with him, maybe she doesnt want to talk about the beatings, understandable, but shes purposefully keeping pretenses that she is an accomplish lady that had a great life because of her insecurities. She could at least tell him that she was cast aside due to her shuttering, that would be a good middle point. Im also saying this cause in the comments weāre all pushing Riftan cause hes the more reserved, but in truth he has always been honest, unlike Maxi.
