Exactly, that is my thought too! 😉 Maxi, Riftan loves you, and he fought to get you and get this life, he has now. Maybe that makes him even stronger, with you to come home to… He didn’t even want to go to King Reuben and be honoured, he just wanted to stay with you! On his journey he also missed you terribly, so much that he couldn’t wait to spoil you, and he bought you heaps of gifts! ❤️

Riftan now values his life more because of Maxi..❤

If we're going by what Ruth says, does this mean Riftan gained mana affinity in the same way Maxi did 🤔 ?

Maxi growing in her role as the lady of the house, while respecting the staff and their roles. Her self confidence is now higher in some areas, while, sadly, low in others. It’s a well paced development of her character. That and I love that she keeps a journal. Her journal might make for a separate story?

I hope he doesn't lose his bravery out of Maxi's fear. It's his recklessness that's kept him alive this long, but if he doesn't have to be then I hope he replaces his recklessness with strategy.

This is one f the most interesting chapters concerning Riftan's and Ruth's past. 😍

in riftan's pov, riftan continuously fought the emptiness while battling one of the ogres, and had lose consciousness, but regain the strength when he dreamth about maxi....that's why riftan concluded that maxi is his life and death❤

Since Riftan found Maxi he will no longer be so reckless towards his life. Now he is the guardian of a precious Angel!

I love the story I cant sop reading

I would love a Monster Hunter style game that follows Riftan's POV! Maybe you could unlock Maxi's pov once you got far enough or something. There's so much action that would translate so well on to a game.

I like the fact that Maxi is always busy taking care of the castle 🏰 She's learning and progressing as well. But I just wonder, what would be Riftan's reaction if he comes to know about Maxi's cruel life in his father's hand? It would break him for sure.

Riftan says his sword is special and can absorb mana ...Ruth says Riftan is special and absorbs mana into his sword ....Which one is it now? Is the Sword special or Riftan? I'm so confused ..
