Comments of chapter undefined of Under the Oak Tree

I want to say on their wedding night. Maybe he didn't quite know how to control himself and was to forceful in wanting to consimate the marriage so she could be his. Remember he just told her he snuck in to see her and also watched her from afar with the cat. From his POV he may have already loved her from afar.

Maxi can’t remember Riftan hurting her, but after their Wedding Night she was in pain. Riftan probably knew that, and thats why he didn’t make a big deal about saying goodbye.

Actually, from Riftan's POV, I understand that Riftan is already inloved with Maxi since they were child, i mean, teenagers...but he could not name it yet that feeling..he just felt relieved whenever he imagined Maxi's face❤

This chapter had so much sweetness. Riftan realizing Maxi thought nothing but good things about him.

I’v read others comments that they can ‘t relate to the FL, and for me, it’s because they don’t get this chapter. As someone with low self esteem, Maxi gives me hope for love and kindness when I struggle with my own flaws.
