now I'm curious what are your takes on species such as mermaids, beastfolk, dragons, fairies, and the undead.
would also depend on what fantasy setting you're in. they could be tribalistic brutes herding mammoths (Skyrim), They could akin to giants in the Seven Deadly Sins series. it depends on which setting you jave in place. there is, generally speaking, no deadset personality for any particular fantasy race. Though there will tend to be some tropes (Elves being stuck-up, Dwarves being drunkards and excellent craftsmen, etc.) the overall personalities of races depends on both the setting and the author

well I don't mind the back and forth as arguments are the best way to learn in some cases though I usually just observe it is rare that I get in such debate with people as I am usually far too busy. I personally hold no grudges as well as no offense and I do actually like some of what you wrote. your writing style is pretty spot on as well I just have an different ideology and thats fine though I will still read many many novels p.s of the hundreds of novels that pieces of novels that I read with the tag kingdom builing it is rare that they do not involve a founding of some sort of duchy or lord as I can count them on one hand
no Kingdom building is for monarchy Nation building is for other political government bodies and by your logic there is no perfect political system as democracy only works if the majority is happy and fed and not to mention the united States American dream and the school shootings ,public displays of anarchy , division of the people, slavery, Indian killing, stealing ,looting, backstabbing of other governments, and the reforms that go back and forth with every different president.
