is it only me or is the chapter the same as preschool memories

I mean rubber rubber is Cool and all but iF she does not have haki She won’t even come close to japan top 20 heros in future let alone the strongest what i am saying is she needs to also unlock haki or else she won’t be that helpful when fighting high teir villans

So will she have haki
