Don't ask me why, but an idea for his merged Rasengan popped into my mind during this chapter lol. Ok, the idea. The fire one makes a storm right? That's fire, water, wind, and lightning right off the bat. Make the water into ice for the next element. Idk about earth tho. Maybe a dust cloud from the tornado? But I'm guessing the final form will be some kind of OP weather control.
