I prefer it without the bold font. On the other hand, if you need system messages to be separated out from the rest of the text, you can use various symbols to split things out. For example, you could use a line of ====== above and below the System text. The length of the ====== does not have to be long, but it should be consistent. So no doing === at the beginning and ======= at the end.
