Yes but you can refuse and take back consent at any time. It's like, if someone asks if you want spaghetti and you say yes, but don't like the way they season their spaghetti. You are allowed to apologize and not eat the spaghetti because there was too much oregano or something in it that made it unenjoyable. The same principle applies with sex. Even if someone thinks they're ready of they find out during that they're not and they don't want to anymore, there is no longer any consent. If the other person forces you it like forcing you to eat spaghetti with too much oregano to your liking and it doesn't taste good and you don't want it. The fact that he just kept going and didn't adhere to her wishes after she took back consent is rape.
