Comments of chapter undefined of Ghost Rider in Twilight

Will people start thinking MC as an arsonist?

I mean technically Jack can be considered a criminal due to killing his first sinner in his original world (was a repeat rapist and stuff but law defines things a certain way) but the jurisdiction to enforce a killing happening in another world is insufficient. Then there are the vampires and other rapists Jack flamed but one can debate that was ghost rider so not sure how the law would see such a clear “two separate entities, one body.” Well not like any prison could hold ghost rider... if anything it would just trigger him being in such a place of dense sinners.
