This novel seems like a hit and miss, mostly miss for me. Is it a slice of life? Skips to many details and to much the process of things happening, its basically wish fulfillment with extra steps. Is it Marvel, action, power ups? A lot of chapters on him making money, skimmed with details but still mostly making money. He seems very.... uninterested in actual power. Seriously, he got a lot of fan points and it took him YEARS to get anything and when he did its a personal assistance and driver. He can still die from a sniper or any random accident, he knows that? Author knows that? I am not surprised its a lot of plot armor to make sure nothing happens to him. He is going for servants with power over having the power himself? Not sure since it hasn't happened but that is the vibe. Even the power for him self is much cheaper than a living servant, which is almost opposite of all other novels.
I do not understand why there is a problem with telling some secrets to family and friends, it never goes well, also as long as I do not tell them that it is from another universe or that it saw the fate of the world in movies, I do not see the danger or problem, you addressed it very good, thanks for the story.
