the grammar is weird but still readable wish no. 2 and 4 are useless he doesn't need annihilation maker since Majin Buu's powers are already cracked and adapt and evolution is something Buu can already do and in the world of one piece it would of been pretty easy to attribute his powers to a devil fruit but now that annihilation maker is there he cant since the 2 powers are way too different and will have this problem in every world he goes to especially in worlds where people are believed to only have 1 power now the mc got 2
It's an okayish start. Too many wishes for my taste. The powers of man in buu would have been enough for a fun story. The adapt and evolve wish is especially troublesome since could alone in one piece the first world he visits become an omnipotent God. By just evolving that the limitations of the devil fruits don't apply to him. He then just could gather all devil fruits and would be overpowered for most other universes.
