I always wondered why there are only imaginary characters in this novel, why not real people? That would definately make it more engaging and realisti, not to mention interesting...

Agis_Z99:Well, this is alternatif universe so they have different fate and different name. like Gareth Neill, Mattheo (Messi) , Steven Roger(Gerrard), Oliver Gerrard (Giroud), Ridge(Sturridge), Ruggard(Lingard). even West Brom and Fulham player is real player(i found it at Wikipedia) but i think your opinion is quite good. so, maybe i can add real name famous footballer orang couch.
