I will give my reasoning to not liking other reincarnators: 1. I like the MC being unique, simple, having an advantage. I am of the belief most reincarnators, without some form of cheat, will turn into average people in that world. 2. Imagine in a real situation two people having a similar system that allows them to basically become gods, one day. Can you see one sitting a side while the other building a kingdom? One following the other while they are equal? Sounds like a build up to a revenge novel. 3. Some how it (usually) turns into: The other reincarnator knows a lot more about whats happening, better, smarter, etc. Having an MC with flaws is normal (shy, stupid, indecisive, loaner, etc) but then having someone else in a similar situation to compare to usually makes those flaws much less tolerable "Comparison is the thief of joy". Then, as a reader, I ask myself, why can't we have that person as the MC? This is obviously generalization and it comes to preference, for me #1 is a big thing since I have yet to see a situation it went well.
Whenever there are multiple reincarnated individuals it really never goes good. Not that I have a say but in my opinion they aren't good. Except when they make a story based on the fact that the rencarnated are just playing a game in a world they thought fake in mass and the mc can manipulate them with prior knowledge.
The fallout games are built around the choices we make in game, to the way we play them like mass effect, and everyone has played the evil route at one point. Now add extra people with the same or greater knowledge of the environment the storyline takes place, factor in how long the others have been around and the story “might” go off the rails to whatever the others have already done in there perspectives of the original story of FNV. Now the three big rotes are House, NCR, and Legion or psycho path rotes, so which is more fun to play as a player is also a question of the subject for a good story because that will effect it as well with more people in the known.
I dont know why people whine about Alexander from the way i see him he max out charisma and luck and probably will build around speech, he will probably go for the wild card and even then i dont know if he is still a threat, the only threat in the mojave (in my opinion) are The legion, fiends, powder gangers and the omartas. Pd( if you think i spoiled somethink feel free to delete the coment uwu)
