I think if you had done a litle diferent for example he was in sleep for 10 years and he saw some of the future.It sound more logical and you have more space if you want to refer to events that will happen in the future

Ok, I can accept this outcome by means of semi truths, guilt tripping and the possible harm against her family by a third party. There's still the problem of Isshin not regaining his Shinigami powers, so no help from him against Aizen and no Dangai power training. Also, I won't believe that Urahara is not going to investigate why Isshin is still 'human' when the seal should have ended.
