You aren't showing the usefulness of a high level of mind and soul attributes, sure you can say that he is a genius and can do many things but it still isn't clear enough how much useful having having a high level of mind and soul is.
I gotta say, this is one of the most interesting fanfictions to me, I really do like the science types, and this into Naruto world's gives me lots os expectations, I hope it gets as good as my favorite novel, "Warlock of the Magus World"!
