Elder Scrolls lore is crazy and confusing at the best of time but I am super confused why they are talking to Talos instead of Akatosh... I know a dragonborn was part of the mix that made Talos but so was a living mortal with part of the soul of Lorkhan which is the missing God Talos replaced... I don't know, I think I need another 10 hour lore dive now that I have skimmed over Talos and his confusing identity.
Let's try to review the Elder Scrolls lore : all Dragonborns, when they die, have their soul go back to Akatosh. Tiber Septim, a Dragonborn, became Talos when he completed his Godhood by "making" his soul and personality similar to Lorkhan's, so Talos and Lorkhan can more or less be considered the same entity. Since Talos was a Dragonborn through Tiber Septim, does that mean he and Akatosh can also be considered the same entity ?
