I haven't seen Wilhelm use any time-based moves and I find this weird because space-time is one fabric, he should have SOME control over time since he does have control over space via the kaleidoscope.

how long we waited for Balance Breaker (next we know author gonna make Wilhelm only use it for few minutes, when Vali when DxD started he could keep it for months without getting tired, and could regenerate the armor if it breaks) wonder if he will ever achieve Juggernaut Drive (forget about mastering it) author is trying to make Wilhelm master boosted gear in a very very slow pace (far slower compared to a snail)
