Abadom
Well MC has future information and is stronger than an average mid boss so it’s to be expected that things will be more or less smooth, at least in the beginning where their strength and actions will have limited impact on the overall scenario. Of course that doesn’t mean that MC isn’t still susceptible to running into problems as there are a large variety of problems (big and small) that a person can go through and a large amount of ways to solve them (brute force, finesse, speech, money, etc). So I guess creativity is the name of the game and paying attention to the story and setting (meaning does it make sense for x to happen and such) and characters (how they would react and solve it). MC is trying to be somewhat low key at the moment (within the constraints of his mission and his time frame) and not offend some influential brats with powerful families that he can’t just brute force his way through or run away from (but not before getting the orbs). So in this current corrupt environment it makes sense (was even foreshadowed) that a wall he would run into is this corruption trying to take a piece of him. Plus infiltrating president’s office and getting the orb from the student. All in all, do what you feel best and remember the story context of setting and characters.
I think you severely underestimated Bloodborne.i love this work so don't get me wrong. But in Bloodborne the main character has to move slowly because it is controlled by a human ( us) but in lore he would move around like a vampire from true blood. All video games will have this problem. Imagine God of War. You literally fight a guy that is faster than light on multiple occasions. (Hermes ect.) But obviously Kratos does not move like that to our eyes. I am only saying this cause speedfeats and power feats are very important for multiversal crossovers. I don't know how fast a normal person is in you overarching world's but the hunter should be up there. I don't know your third world but if it's Skyrim the you will need to really properly power level the dragonborn. The timer in game is just a game mechanic with no lore bases. He would just whirlwind Sprint everywhere while shouting reality apart. I only bring up Skyrim cause it seems like the next fitting game but I don't know.
So we got an answer that time will be affected if he stays in the memory which means the blood Bourne with a negligible time difference was an exception as it was the first. So if MC can help it, it would be most ideal to have some kind of hyper bolic time chamber (place where relative time inside is faster than normal flow outside) to do his class changes in. If not, guess he can only settle for the headache causing movie marathon as the pain would be worth progress. That title MC got (Vigilante, now protector) seems like it would be more ideal to use if he has a base (like his current house at academy that has a surprising amount of boulders in garden, must be decorative) or is resting if he can help it and it isn’t a fight for his life (though if it gets too dangerous mc can always just give up the potential rewards and switch title anyway).
