So what year is the first time they meet when he is in school and he goes into the house the first time, then Jane ends up sealing everyone else's memory and Rias is put to sleep for X years by Virgil... Then # years when Rudy from Alt world merges with this Rudy (back in time from when he died) and he starts getting all the memories of his life in this Alt world.. I can't think all of that happened all in 2008
It was months, not years. They met in the house at the start of the year 2008 and spent about a month together before Jane arrived. Rias was sealed by Virgil for 6 months, but Rudy broke the seal in three months when he went to the vampire world. This has already been mentioned many times. Or you can just have a quick glance at chapters of the vampire world arcs. Hope this helps.
