Random thought, I have a feeling there won’t be a team rocket or what not for long due to… ninja practice. Some try to kill you and take your stuff, don’t let them summon their Pokémon. Beat them, interrogate, rob them. Go to where their base is and rinse and repeat. Sure they may have good enough Pokémon to defend their big bases. But outside of the bases will be marked with seals… uzumaki seals. Fanatical Pokémon loving uzu seals (with no limits on what’s allowed…)
