of course. screw what she wants. what she wants as a person doesn't matter. what she needs to heal doesn't matter. she doesn't matter. is this a Chinese culture thing? why is it that like 80% of the Chinese authored books I read It involves every single character the author writes that is supposed to be a supporting character to the female lead doing everything they can to push her against and tour words a marriage she doesn't want and a life she doesn't want to a man whose treat her like garbage but now that she wants to leave is suddenly omg so so so sorry. Why do I feel this Grandmother cares more about what she herself wants? Why is it that nobody is listening to her? Well I actually think if Grandmother Ji just didn't force them to get married they will just get married in a natural way. In that way the ML will really know that he loves the FL. For ex. when he saws the FL with other gays and he hates it. Because I thinks a marriage needed a Husband and a Wife that can open up for this to be succesful. You can't just marry some two person and only one is giving love.
