if he Opened a company on his name shield will try to track him, because even he don't have his powers he is very smart and a genius in the field of genetics.
Why does he need build business anyway? With 'arc of embodiment' he can create money infinitely if he needs money and do something shocking to shock the world if he needs fame. So what is the use of him building business? I don't see anything he can gain from it.
kilgan:author I'm not criticizing you, but personal preference and it doesn't make sense, I don't like him hiding/quiet, when he has all these powers and intelligence, he doesn't need to face the world, but I doubt he doesn't have methods to shield not messing with it, due to its beginning (of course I would understand if it has a different beginning than his, but your peter parker, whether you like it or not, is up there). the question of the company, let's take his power, his knowledge he may very well have the shield checked or not mess with it. it makes no sense not to be able to start a business.

thanks for the chapter I don't know what reasons the author will give Peter for wanting to get stronger. I thought he was working to get stronger this way Shield or any of his so called friends couldn't force him to work with them in the future if he doesn't want to.The next person Peter should summon should be Brainiac 5 from the Legion of super-heroes.he can teach Peter all he knows about science.
