Some people might argue that Chu Yun should have been empathetic all along, and I know that even he himself feels guilty for the way he behaved back then, but to that I say it’s not like Chu Yun was malicious in his behavior as that’s how most siblings usually are. Dismissive. We often don’t pay attention to when something is wrong until we start to see them act out, but even so, in what ways did Chu Hean give Chu Yun the opportunity when his first slight against him was to seduce his husband? It’s not like the two brothers were at odds before Chu Hean did this
it is a very clever manipulation. It pretty much comes down to the motive behind the schools ideals and somehow if for centuries the goal was omega liberation and all they did was this, i feel like they didn't strive for change enought, to actually try and influence society... so i do lean towards the possibility the omegas are just being used selfishly again..
i do like the idea of this school, but the fact that it is hidden bothers me even though i know why it is... who would be happy knowing that omegas were becoming weapons, and could kill you anytime, especially when they're seen as so weak? but while a few get a shot at "being free", how many outside are still suffering? and they have no idea they have this option they can consider too
so that was why Hean was on Zui and why he did what he did... still don't like him.. I agree that Yun wasnt really sympathetic when Hean arrived in haolin but I still don't like him.. I agree with Zai it's the same as doing an alpha spouses bidding... I don't see the freedom there.. Yes teach them to defend themselves teach them to protect themselves but the school is just using them plain and simple.. I still don't like Hean... so Yun suspects that Ru Long knows of his origins, does he want to sit on the throne of Zui? or does he want revenge for what the king did to Xiao Yao... I don't think he's using Hean thou.
It is nice to have it confirmed that Chu Hean does love his brother and obviously wanted to warn him. Also glad to see Chu Yun realizing how superficial his care fire his brother has been, and why Chu Hean would have felt the need to test him, and understanding how badly he'd failed. I really hope the can make amends and grow a genuine bond built on mutual respect, to understanding, and love.
