NGL, I'd be pretty p*ssed if by the end of this story, Chu Yun doesn't cut off ties with his brother. I don't care how good of a reason he has for doing this, this isn't something you'd do to someone you love/consider family. And Chu Hean is obviously just doing this for himself, not for Chu Yun's benefit. I hope CY doesn't forgive him just bc he's his brother. Blood doesn't make you family. And if you backstab and treat people like trash, expect to be treated the same way too.👈
You know, the most amazing think about this story is how you didn't simply empower the main characters but created to each one of the participants their own personnalities, goals...This juste made the story more alive! ( fortunatly for myself and many other who share my passion for reading, and also very unfortunate for my poor heart that can realy not take those changes in situations and unexpected evenements)
A well played hand by the King and Chu Hean. With this bold statement, I assume Chu Hean doesn't care about his family (hurt, turmoil and consequences of his actions) and is thinking only about himself. He's crossed a bridge of no return. With Chu Yun injury there is no fairness to the hunt. I wound if Gu Wei or the Queen Dowager has some type of miraculous ointment that will temporarily help him?
I've got no words for Hean just that I pray something happens to him in that forest. And when it does, Yun comes across him and doesn't help him! Yun my dear don't worry, everything happens for a reason and some things are meant to strengthen you even if the enemy wants to destroy you. My prayers are with you.
And yeah, what happens to the prey??? better be live capture 😡🥺 I'd be more optimistic for Chu Yun's chances, master strategist and fighter that he is, if his legs weren't currently useless. Please let his pitiful display at least move the ministers to say least insist the hunt wait until he's recovered🙏
