there are several annoying problems with story and character development, but hey ...

So Will he become like superman?naive Hero who Will not kill any villian even though they are very very evil

why is he acting like someone else? like he cried because of his father and universe destroyed but like that was just a background created for him, and his acting suspicious of the AI wanting to unlock his powers is really weird too, like he doubts he has powers ?? you did it probably to develop the character by making him have a little bit of emotion, but it's weird the way you do it, like he started getting sad about a thing he knows isn't true, he got suspicious of her for wanting to unlock his powers, but like he didn't want the powers? he was sent there by the superior beings, if they wanted to kill he would have killed in the void right? and not given another life to him, right?

he prolly stupid doubting anything he asked and made for. why you say, he asked to be a partial being (human, mutant, inhuman, eternal) and when given a backstory, he cried like a child and doubted it.

Again the pacing is way to quick
